Business and Life Skills Coaches
Letticia Callies is MSU Global's Business Communication Program Director and the Lead Instructor for the MSU Global Business Communication Certificate Program. As program director, she focuses on business development, managing the program, course development, and training new instructors. As an instructor, Letticia currently works with the National Basketball Association and their development league by assisting and directing players and staff through their course work and evaluating each participant’s progress throughout the certificate program. She has an M.A. in Communication with a concentration in Organizational Communication from Michigan State University (MSU) and a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Marketing from Florida International University (FIU) in Miami, Florida. Her collegiate teaching experience includes teaching various courses in Business Communication, Organizational Communication, and Public Speaking. She is currently working on her doctorate in Christian Counseling Psychology. Prior to joining MSU Global, she acquired professional work experience in accounting, marketing, sales, research, and teaching.
Gerald Rhead is Director of Strategy and Advisory Services for MSU Global and Founder and President of Bottomline Consulting, an East Lansing-based executive and life skills coaching organization. Mr. Rhead has over 13 years experience in higher education in the areas of business and marketing strategy, program development, finance, operations, and management. He received a master’s degree in Educational Administration and Human Resources Development from Western Michigan University. Mr. Rhead has held management level positions at Central Michigan University and Davenport University.
